Regional Engagement Strategy

In addition to staff based in Duncan Student Center, we also employ a "Regional Engagement Team," in strategic cities across the country, currently in:

• Northern California (Allison Gagnon)
• Southern California (Dorothy Kozak)
• Houston (Jo Anne Nasti)
• New York City (Patrick Collins)

These four staff, all ND alumni,  cultivate relationships with recruiters, industry professionals, and alumni to advance hiring of Notre Dame students into top-tier internships and full-time positions.

Managers also work directly with students to increase awareness, student applications, and acceptance into internships and full-time jobs. Managers help educate students on available opportunities as well as recruiting cycles and key recruiting information.
